Return & Refund Policy - Physical Products

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through, a print-on-demand service. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged
• There’s a manufacturing defect
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a replacement or refund, please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. There’s no need to return the item.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect orders due to customer error.

If your package was not delivered due to an incorrect address, we may be able to offer a reprint at your expense or a partial refund.
